Wishcasting Wednesday ~ YES!

Jamie asks us this week to say "Yes!" to something(s) in our life...

I spent all of last week remaining in the Light of positivity and possibilities. I didn't let my thoughts or spirit go down a negative road...I kept on going with hope and support offered by those I shared our situation with, and by reading all of your comments to last week's wish of letting go. I am grateful to everything and everyone that helped me...and to my Self for tenaciously making the week.

On Monday though, I did crash, and have been crashing ever since. My body and mind is in a state of anxiety, I can't sleep a consistent 6hrs, let alone the recommended 8. I have plodded through taking care of this and that, but deep down remain in a state of hopelessness and despair even though our situation hasn't gotten any worse, but it hasn't gotten any better either.

So, today I wish to say yes! to receiving joy again. I am going to spend a couple of hours with my Inner Warrioress and ask her to help me combat this darkness I feel suffocated by. She's already whispering that by sitting in the shit with my true emotions (forever the Super mom/wife/friend you know) I can allow myself to fully expereince it, to move through it with a good cleasning cry, some mint tea, a lavender bath...and then I can experience whatever happens after the storm. I don't know what that is yet...but it already feels better than hiding the way I feel now.

It's like breathing. Receiving and giving. Up and down. Beautiful

As WRO wishes for herself, do I wish for her, too!

Very wise course. To just acknowledge what is, let it be, and let it move on in due season. Thanks for writing about what we all experience but don't always name.

My experience has been that feeling the feeling helps to disapate it rather than staying stuck there. Then, you'll be able to focus more clearly on allowing in the joy again. And good for you for taking care of yourself with a nice bath, cup of tea. How soothing! As RWO wishes for herself, so do I wish for her also.

As WRO wishes for herself, I wish for her as well!!! Let your inner warrioress shine! We all go though our ups and downs, its most powerful to recognize and take action (like you are)

As WRO wishes for herself, so I peacefully wish for her also.

Taking care of yourself is important work and will help your inner warrioress do hers. You are on the right track!

If there weren't any downs, how could we appreciate the ups. I'm finding myself bouncing between the two rather too much lately. I wish I could offer more support other than just my words. We are all wishing good things for you and there must be some power in that. Hang in there.

Yes, indeed! On embracing joy again. Joy is such an accessible thing, really, once we learn what flicks the switch for us. And then open our arms to it.

As WRO wishes for herself, so I wish for her also.

I am living in the same type of interior space these days. I'm just not myself but I keep getting up each day and showing up in my life. It's good to sit with the emotions and let them do what they will. It's also good to move in to the light with lots of love and support. You have mine. As you wish for yourself today, I wish for you too.

Can't find the words. I don't see you needing a kiss or a pat, or even a hug.
I wonder what I see you needing?
perhaps, it is something you already have?
Your wisdom is so pervasive in all of your writings, It is trust, in yourself, that you need most. trust that you can and will survive , that love will pull you thru this spell of darkness, and that no matter what, there are those who love you, and those whom you will never stop loving. Trust yourself by your own measure, and by no one elses..
You are one incredible lady, and I am blessed to know you here, in this web of life..
Be gentle with you, and be good to you...

As Wro wishes for herself, so I wish for her also. I can relate to your feelings. I have gone through some unhappy times and can get into that very place. I know you can be joyful, remember to live in the moment and do the things that make you feel better.

You are a warrior. You are a lover. You are an open heart. You can feel this and come through the other side. Yes.
